I called Cole this morning because the heat was not blowing. I was referred to Cole by everyone at Papa Jack’s store and I’m glad I gave him a call. He said he was in Rocky Mount and came to my house in Buckhorn right away. He diagnosed the problem as the gas pack being clogged. He had it fixed in no time. I was very impressed with Cole Dudley! Very knowledgeable and I ended up getting a service contact on both of my units. Thanks Cole!! Best service I’ve had on HVAC work in the area! If you have a HVAC need call Dudley. I called Cole on a Sunday morning about 9 o'clock, I think it was his day off but I was close by. He was at my house in 20 minutes and fixed my unit in less than 30 minutes. Very professional.

Cole came out quickly for an emergency repair on a leaking pvc drain pipe. Very reasonable price for superb service. He was professional, personable, and knowledgeable. He even checked back hours later to make sure all was well. Will be switching to his hvac service plan in the near future. Highly recommended for all your needs.
